這是很典型的There be句型，只是這句話表示的是將來要進行的動作，所以加上will了，如果把後面的時間詞tomorrow去掉的話，句子就變成There is a meeting .
will作情態動詞表示“將(表示願意)要，會勞煩別人做事時用”，後面加動詞原型，am/is/are的原型是be，所以willbe就是表示將要成為……，將要是……，另外will後面要跟被動語態，也會出現willbe的形式。
