这是很典型的There be句型，只是这句话表示的是将来要进行的动作，所以加上will了，如果把后面的时间词tomorrow去掉的话，句子就变成There is a meeting .
will作情态动词表示“将(表示愿意)要，会劳烦别人做事时用”，后面加动词原型，am/is/are的原型是be，所以willbe就是表示将要成为……，将要是……，另外will后面要跟被动语态，也会出现willbe的形式。
