可以，关键看你着重讲的是整个团队还是每个个体如果看作是整个团队，就用which着重强调个体，每个人，那就用who所以第一句其实就是每个人都穿绿衣服的队的意思可以把which和who互换，比如可以说the team who are from the other city (注意be动词，当指代每个人时就要用复数)但也有不可以换的时候，比如不可以说the team which was wearing green ，因为wear是只有人才会做的动作，不会跟which连用，除非说the team which was green
